Our Shipping Policy

Our goal is to provide you with your Clydesdale Gear as soon as possible. Therefore, we strive to promptly process your order, allowing you to use your Clydesdale Gear product sooner.

Clydesdale Gear provides UPS shipping within the contiguous United States only. Please note that we do not ship to any US territories located outside of the contiguous United States. (*U.S. Territories include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)

Shipping Options & Rates

We have taken all possible steps to expedite the processing and shipment of your orders. Expedited orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be processed on the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that all "Delivery by" dates are estimations and are not guaranteed. Additionally, the shipping services and rates may change without prior notice, and UPS expedited options may not be available in all areas.

You may have access to the following shipping options, but they could be restricted based on the product purchased or your local delivery preferences.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please be advised that ClydesdaleGear.com orders weighing 500 pounds or more may be changed from a parcel delivery service to a palletized 'Less than Truckload' (LTL) delivery. The LTL carrier will reach out to customers to coordinate a delivery. During peak shipping seasons, the weight threshold for LTL delivery may be adjusted due to parcel network limitations.

Shipping Holidays

Clydesdale Gear and UPS will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2023. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

  • New Year’s Day - January 1, 2023
  • Easter Sunday - April 9, 2023
  • Memorial Day - May 29, 2023
  • Independence Day - July 4, 2023
  • Labor Day - September 4, 2023
  • Thanksgiving Day - November 23, 2023
  • Christmas Day - December 25, 2023
  • New Year’s Day - January 1, 2024

Contiguous United States

For all shipments within the contiguous United States, Clydesdale Gear utilizes UPS Ground service, unless the customer has selected an expedited option or an alternative carrier is specified. Please allow 1-7 business days for processing and an additional 1-4 business days for delivery, based on the location and products ordered. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment tracking number via email. To view your order status, click here.

Shipping to a PO Box

Clydesdale Gear does not ship to a PO Box.

Alaska and Hawaii

Some shipments within Alaska and to Hawaii may require additional time in transit. 

Lifetime Return Policy

Our utmost priority is ensuring your satisfaction with your Clydesdale Gear products. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your purchase, we provide a return policy for a refund within the LIFETIME of your purchase, provided that the product has not been customized.

Clydesdale Gear Return Policy

To qualify for a return, the following requirements must be fulfilled:

  • All returns must be authorized by Clydesdale Gear.
  • The product must have been purchased from a Clydesdale Gear authorized dealer.
  • You need to provide evidence of the purchase date from the Clydesdale Gear authorized dealer.
  • The original order's shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow for up to 10 business days for us to process your refund, which may increase during peak holiday seasons. Refunds will be credited back to the original form(s) of payment used for the purchase. If multiple payment methods were used, refunds will be allocated back to each respective payment method.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

To ensure that your return is shipped safely, we recommend following these guidelines:

  • To prevent any damage during transit, securely pack your item.
  • You can either use the original product packaging or your own, but ensure that any reference to old tracking numbers is removed.
  • Place any relevant paperwork, such as your original order number, inside the box.

    Please include the original order information inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that offers package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Please note that any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
